I worked closely with the HR department at San Manuel to create the What Defines You? campaign. This campaign featured actual employees in both the TV spots and print assets. It was highly effective in finding talented employees to come work at San Manuel while at the same time acknowledging standout employees for their amazing work. Each spot averaged over 40,000 views on social media channels.
